Do I need to use the full set? Can I use just one product?

Each product works effectively on its own and can be used based on your needs or budget.
However, using the full set creates a complete routine — prep, treat, and lock — allowing results to be more stable and longer-lasting.If you're new, you can start with one product and gradually build your routine.

If I can only choose one product, where should I start?

Start with your main concern:
  • Sagging, wrinkles, loss of firmness → HIFU Lift Spray
  • Dullness, uneven tone, pigmentation → Soglow Spray
Both are beginner-friendly and deliver the most noticeable results quickly.

Can I use both lifting and brightening series together?

Yes, but not within the same routine.
Recommended usage:
  • Morning: Brightening (Soglow Series)
  • Night: Lifting (Solift Series)
This helps improve absorption while minimizing the risk of irritation.

Can I use this during pregnancy?

Yes. The Solift and Soglow formulas do not contain hormones, retinoids (Vitamin A derivatives), or ingredients known to pose high risks during pregnancy. They are designed to be gentle, stable, and suitable for everyday skincare, making them generally safe for use during pregnancy.
However, every pregnancy is unique, and individual skin can react differently due to hormonal changes. If you fall into any of the following situations:
  • Your skin becomes unusually sensitive during pregnancy
  • You have a history of strong reactions to skincare products

Yes, but long-term use of only one type may disrupt scalp balance.
We recommend adjusting your shampoo based on your scalp condition over time.

Can conditioner be applied on the scalp?

Conditioner is generally intended for mid-lengths to ends.
If necessary, it can be lightly applied near the roots, but it must be rinsed thoroughly.
Conditioner is not a scalp treatment and does not need to be massaged into the scalp.
For oily or sensitive scalps, focus application on mid-lengths and ends to avoid residue and discomfort.

Do I need both conditioner and treatment?

Not necessary, but recommended for best results.
  • Treatment repairs the inner structure of the hair
  • Conditioner protects the outer layer
Together, they provide more complete care.

How long before I see results?

Immediate: smoother, fresher feel after washing
Long-term: visible scalp and hair improvement in 4–8 weeks

Can I use hair growth serum alone?

Not recommended.
A healthy scalp environment is essential for the serum to work effectively, so it should be used together with proper scalp care.
