Conditioner is for mid-lengths to ends. If some reaches the roots, rinse it out well. With an oily or sensitive scalp, keep it on the lengths only.

Not necessarily. The conditioner is rinsed out after washing; the leave-in stays on towel-dried lengths, before heat. Use both if your ends are dry or you style with heat often.

West Malaysia: 1 to 3 working days. East Malaysia: 3 to 7 working days. Public holidays and weather can add a day or two. If your parcel has not arrived after that, WhatsApp us.
