If you're unsatisfied or experience sensitivity, we offer a 7-day unconditional refund on unopened full-sized Solift products.

✅ Conditions:

  • Applies only to unopened full-sized products (large bottles).
  • Refunds valid within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • All eligible orders come with trial-size products – test them first.
  • Once the plastic seal of a full-size product is broken, the refund is not applicable.
  • Customer bears the return shipping cost.
  • The item must be securely packaged for return.

  4. Inspection within 3 working days.

30-Days Ineffectiveness Refund Guarantee

If you use the product consistently for 30 days and see no results, we’ll refund you.

✅ Conditions:

  • Applies only after 30 days of consistent use.
  • Must submit before-and-after photos from odd-numbered days (e.g., Day 1, 3, 5... up to 30).
  • All product packaging (used or unused) must be returned.
  • Customers cover return shipping; refund excludes original shipping fee.
  • Package must arrive within 20 days after receiving your product.
