* All Item(s) must be returned in original condition.

* All items must be shipped back to KEECOQUENS SDN. BHD. within 7 working days upon item received.

* Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us.

* We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimise the risk of loss parcel.

* All return/exchange request will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of returned items.

* All return & exchange shipping cost will be bear by buyer (West Malaysia RM8/ East Malaysia RM12).

* We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.
